Product Overview
The integrated valve body adopts a top entry structure, which eliminates the need to remove the valve from the pipeline during valve maintenance. The valve body and valve cover are connected by bolts, which have the characteristics of online maintenance, reliable sealing, low torque, and free from daily maintenance. It plays a role in guiding/cutting off pipelines and is suitable for media such as oil, gas, and water. It is widely used in oil and natural gas extraction and transportation systems.
The design and inspection can comply with standards such as API 6D, ISO 17292, ASME B16.34, GB/T 19672, GB/T 12224, etc. The fire safety meets the requirements of API 607/API 6FA and has passed test certification. NACE anti-corrosion and acid resistance are optional, and ISO 15848 low leakage is optional.
